The automatic packing machine includes pneumatic-mechanical packaging device and weight batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 40 packs  / min.
Vertical ackaging machine is the most friendly for packing products of any flowability, excluding (flour, surag powder). Accounting for the dosing method and the batcher specifications, the packing machine is able to change spontaneously the portions of the packed products and, therefore, to achieve the most accurate dosing. The replacement of the packed product in this automatic machine with the weight batcher doesn’t have limitations. 
The difference of this equipment is the use of pneumatic-mechanical packing automat, which has combines drives (the tension of the film is carried out with electrical drives and belts, and the clamping / unclamping of the welding elements of the soldering unit are performed with pneumatic drives). This combination increases the operation speed of the machine allows using more wide packing films.
 


Volumetric Packing Machine / Packaging Machines is used for continuous process of packaging by volumetric dosing method of flowable,  non-dust products (rice, seeds, salt, coffee and so on.) and packaging into the polymer films.
The automatic packing machine includes pneumatic-mechanical packaging device and volumetric batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 50 packs  / min.
This model is not used for packing dusty (hard-flowable) products (flour, raisins, corn sticks). This machine has limitations on replacement of the packed products due to the volumetric batcher.
The difference of this equipment is the use of pneumatic-mechanical packing automat, which has combines drives (the tension of the film is carried out with electrical drives and belts, and the clamping / unclamping of the welding elements of the soldering unit are performed with pneumatic drives). From this it follows that when changing the products dispensed, it is necessary to take into account the density. Therefore for the number of turns for the different product the weight of the portion can be different.

Machine aims to change spontaneously the dose size of packaged products. However, it is also worth considering that the machine measures the bulk product by the number of the screw turnovers. Thus, by changing the dosage of products, the weight of portions at the same number of turnovers for the different products is different and in this case it is necessary to take into account its density.
There are some limitations in working with this machine: the floor location of the machine is necessary because of the large dimensions and limitations by the height and width of the film (shown in the specifications of the machine) It is also possible to produce the large size machine: maximum film width - up to 500 mm and the height of package – up to 400 mm.
