The stacks of products, passing through the mechanisms of the packaging machine, are packed in a heat-sealable film, wherein, a longitudinal seam is formed first, then a seam-gasset is folded on the cross-welding unit and the bag with the product is sealed. Then the bag goes to the side face welding conveyor. On this conveyor, when the package with product moves along the adjustable edges, the transverse seams are bent on the bag, then with the help of three pairs of heaters edge faces are seated, transverse seams are welded to the body of the bag, thus forming flat side faces.
