Food Grains Packing Machine/Baby Food Packaging Machine is used for continuous process of packaging by volumetric dosing method of dusty flowable products (starch, chalk, cement, flour, etc.) and packaging into the polymer films.The automatic packing machine includes packaging device and screw batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 25 packs / min.
Machine aims to change spontaneously the dose size of packaged products. However, it is also worth considering that the machine measures the bulk product by the number of the screw turnovers. Thus, by changing the dosage of products, the weight of portions at the same number of turnovers for the different products is different and in this case it is necessary to take into account its density.
There are some limitations in working with this machine: the floor location of the machine is necessary because of the large dimensions and limitations by the height and width of the film (shown in the specifications of the machine) It is also possible to produce the large size machine: maximum film width - up to 500 mm and the height of package – up to 400 mm.
