Automatic Rice Packing Machine / Snack Packaging/Packing Machine is used for continuous process of packaging by weight dosing method of various flowability (hard-flowable), non-dust products and packaging into the polymer films.The automatic packing machine includes mechanical packaging device and weight batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 45 packs / min.
Snack Packaging machine is optimized equipment for packing products of different flowability, excluding dusting (powdered sugar, flour, etc.). Taking into account the characteristics of the dosing method and characteristics of the batcher, packaging machine can spontaneously change portions of packed products and thus achieve more accurate dosing. It does not change the limitations of packed product from the machine with volumetric dosing. The difference of this equipment is the usage of mechanical packaging machine. A special feature is the absence of pneumatic drivers, which excludes the use of the compressor. The advantages of rice packaging machine is small dimensions and silent work.

The “stream” consists of: the hopper spout with hopper, vibrating chute disposed below a spout, the weighing beaker in which the vibrating chute feed the product, and a controller unit controlling the operation of the vibrating chute and weighing beaker.
