Batching equipment by weighing method is used for packing of bulk non-dusting products in ready-made packages.

Semi-automatic mode of operation, the operator must set the container, run the batcher, then remove full container. Batcher starting is made by pressing a button or pedal.

Batcher operates by means of vibrating chute with mounted electromagnet on it, which generates a linear vibration. Under the influence of vibration the product moves on the vibrating chute and pours into the funnel.

The product gets into the packaging, mounted on the weighing table (table is on the strain gauge transducer), through the funnel. While pouring the dose set by weight the signal of strain gauge transducer arrives on the controller and controller stops the vibrating batcher, feeding of the product into the packaging stops. The operator, the, replaces full packaging by empty and the cycle repeats.
