The boot conveyor serves for transporting and lifting of no-dust and bulk materials. The conveyor consists of the boot choke, discharge chute, belt traction body, on which the buckets are located at a certain distance.
The moving material, falling into the boot choke, partly falls into the buckets, and partly on the bottom of the choke, where it is scooped by buckets. In the transition of buckets the material is poured from the buckets and moved to discharge chute. Then, it goes to the hopper or on the vehicle.
Bucket conveyor can also be included in an automated line designed for packaging products.
The boot bucket conveyor can also be used for reloading of products from one hopper to another hopper, discharge of the products from packaging machines, reloading products from one conveyor to another, feeding  products into a hopper packing machines, etc.
The main feature of the bucket conveyor is the storage hopper and control unit of the hopper filling. Thus, it is possible to maintain automatically the set level of product, ensuring continuity of the filling / packaging process (at the time of filling the functional hopper the control device stops the conveyor till the level of the product has been reduced).
