Boot conveyor is used for transporting and loading the dusty bulk materials into the hopper of dispensing or packaging machines.The principle of operation is based on transporting products with metallic screw placed into the pipe. This design allows minimizes dust formation. Bucket conveyor may also be included in an automated line designed for packaging products.
Screw boot conveyor VZSH-1 is used for reloading products from one hopper to another, outlet of products form packaging machines, reloading products from one conveyor to another, feeding products into the hopper of filling machines, etc.
The conveyor has its own storage hopper, as well as control unit for filling functional hopper (packaging machine, batcher), which provides the ability to maintain automatically the set amount of products, ensuring the continuity of the process of filling / packaging (at the time of filling the functional hopper control unit stops the conveyor till the level of product has been reduced).
