The granulator is used in production of granular animal feed (in the form of pellets and feed mixtures, grass flour, etc.) for birds, fish, and cattle. The technological process of granulator is bursting raw materials with press rollers through the radial holes of circular matrix.
The granulator is also used for production granules (pellets), which consist of straw, sawdust of wood or other wastes of cereals processing.
The advantages of the granulator include the following: they are used to obtain granules with diameter of 6 mm to 14 mm, structure simplicity and rational constructive solution of metal criteria, ease of maintenance due to the rotating circular matrix with the horizontal axis of rotation and two rollers rotating on  fixed axis inside of matrix . Volumetric Packing Machine / Packaging Machines is used for continuous process of packaging by volumetric dosing method of flowable,  non-dust products (rice, seeds, salt, coffee and so on.) and packaging into the polymer films.
The automatic packing machine includes pneumatic-mechanical packaging device and volumetric batcher. In automatic mode it performs up to 50 packs  / min.
This model is not used for packing dusty (hard-flowable) products (flour, raisins, corn sticks). This machine has limitations on replacement of the packed products due to the volumetric batcher.
The difference of this equipment is the use of pneumatic-mechanical packing automat, which has combines drives (the tension of the film is carried out with electrical drives and belts, and the clamping / unclamping of the welding elements of the soldering unit are performed with pneumatic drives).
