Full Fat Soybean / Feed extruder is intended for production of extruded combi-feeds for cattle, pigs and poultry with high digestibility due to complex structural changes that take place in the grain during extrusion and purification from pathogenic organisms exposed to 20-30 atm. and temperature - 120-180 ° C.
The drive of the extruder is the power takeoff shaft (PTO) of the tractor with safety clutch. The extruder is suitable for use directly in the field or in places with low-power electric networks.
This extruder can process grain and cereal of corn, wheat, barley, rye, peas, soybeans, sunflowers and others.
Application of extruder improves significantly food quality of feeds: improves digestion and palatability of feeds, digestibility of feeds is increased significantly to 95%. As a result, the gain of animals increases, feed costs reduce, the loss of youth reduces due to reduction of bacteria in grain.
 
 
 
 

Pet/Dog/Cat/Fish Feed Extruder Machine 200

Pet/Fish Extruder is used for production of extruded floor wet granular feeds for farm and domestic animals, dogs and cats, predators, birds and fish, shrimp and shellfish. The resulting food has a high digestibility and purified from pathogenic organisms.
The raw material for extrusion can be made protein and mineral supplements.
Pet Food Extruder allows to process grain and cereals of wheat, rye, corn, barley, peas, beans, lupins, soya beans, to stabilize rice bran.

Feed Extruder Machine/Feed Extrusion Process

Feed extruder machine is designed for production of combi-feeds for farm and domestic animals and poultry with high digestibility and purification of harmful micro-organisms and substances.
The extruder allows to process grain and cereals of wheat, rye, corn, barley, amaranth, triticale and legumes (peas, lupins, etc.).
The grain is feed from the feeding hopper with vibrating feeder in to the working body of extruder. The raw materials is fed from the hopper into the of the chute of the working body using the feeder. The raw deeding is adjusted by changing frequency of fluctuations in vibrating feeder. There is a magnet catcher of metal particles installed inside the chute.
Inside the working body there the mass is squeezed through the forming die.
 
 

Oil press MV-1000

Oil press MV-500 is used to produce different vegetable oils. The seeds of rape, sunflower and soya are used (extruded full-fat soybean is also suitable). Oil-press works as follows: pre-prepared oilseeds (clogging by impurities no more than 1%) are loaded into the pressing camera of the oil-presses.
Then, the oilseeds are compressed, which is amplified closer to the exit. The process of oil extraction from oilseeds is accomplished by generated pressure. The extracted oil fills the pan through the holes of the oil-press. Crushed and pressed oilseeds go out from the pressing camera through the adjustable gap. Small dimensions and weight of the oil-presses, original construction of pressing camera allow  to get high quality oil, ensure remaining of vitamins, there is no need for extra cleaning and oil has a long storage life.
